• Are returns and exchanges accepted?

  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Do you accept purchase orders?

  Yes, we do accept purchase orders.  Send your PO to sales@xosafety.com. Thank you.

• How can I access downloadable material?

  If the product you ordered has an associated download, their will be a download link on your order confirmation page.  You will also receive a separate email with the download link.  Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

• What is your shipping policy?

  Digital items will be available for download on the order confirmation page. Most shipped items go First Class Mail and will be available in 3 -4 business days.  Some safety DVDs are shipped directly from the content owner and arrive in 5-7 business days.
